2010-2011 Concert Attire

The Sanderson High School Wind Ensemble and Concert Bands have set a standard concert dress, which is detailed below:

Gentlemen

  1. White tuxedo shirt, black bow tie, and black cummerbund.
  2. Solid black dress pants. Absolutely no jeans or casual wear of any kind.
  3. Black socks and black dress shoes. No tennis shoes. Your black band shoes may be used.

Ladies

  1. White tuxedo shirt, black bow tie, and black cummerbund.
  2. Ankle length solid black skirt. To insure uniformity, the skirts will be ordered through the band at a price of approximately $34.50. The skirts can easily be shortened by rolling them up at the waist. Some girls were measured at band camp; others will be measured at school. No other skirts/pants will be allowed.
  3. Black hose and black dress shoes. Pumps or sling backs are acceptable. Absolutely no clogs, flip flops, mules, or slides.

Skirts will be sized and ordered on Sept. 10. Girls (including those measured during band camp): Please bring cash or check payable to SHS Band Boosters for $34.50 on that day. This fee cannot be billed to your fair share account.
