Volunteering at NCSU home football games

We have an exciting fund raising opportunity to work with Staff One Services at NCSU home football games as ticket takers and ushers. Staff One Services is the company that supplies full time staff and volunteers for NCSU home football games as ticket takers and ushers. No training is necessary for ticket takers and ushers.

To sign up just fill in the information below and it will be sent to Gary Phillips, the coordinator, and he will sign you up and display those signed up for each game on the band calendar link for that game. Hope you can participate.

NCSU and Staff One are committed to providing a very professional image in the stadium and for the fan experience. Staff One holds us accountable for the actions of our volunteers and for last minute cancellations. If we create issues or have frequent cancellations, it will jeopardize our ability to participate in this fundraiser. If you sign up, please attend and follow the instructions.
For a Saturday game, you must sign up by the Monday before the game.
For a Thursday game, you must sign up one week (previous Thursday) before the game.
The later games do not have kickoff times. The kickoff times are usually set by the ACC and the TV representatives by Sunday/Monday. However, if your Saturday is flexible you can sign up in advance and then confirm by the required Monday cutoff.
Ticket takers age 17 and up, and ushers are age 18 and up.
Ushers and Ticket takers get $8.00. We are paid from the time you sign in until you sign out.
Gates open 2 hours before game time and volunteers need to arrive 2.5 hours before game time (kickoff). Go to Gate 7 on the east side of the stadium (the side facing Blue Ridge Rd) and sign in. You are paid from the time you check in so find the sign-in sheet right away.
Free parking by the horse complex gate H8 off Trinity Road. It is a 10-minute walk from the parking lot to the sign-in sheet.
