Kroger cards cost $5 and can be recharged and used again at the store by putting more money on the card at customer service. You can do this with cash, check or credit card. With the purchase of the cards, 5% of the total amount purchased goes to your student's fair share. You can also purchase cards for family and friends. Some students have earned substantial amounts by providing Kroger cards to others to use and reuse when they shop.

Kroger cards can be used at the following grocery stores nationwide:

Food Lion does not have the recharge option, but you may purchase prepaid cards worth $50 or $100. With the purchase of the cards, 5% of the total amount purchased goes to your student's fair share. If you buy $100 per week for 52 weeks, you'll earn $260 toward your fair share for the year.

Lowes Foods does not have the recharge option, but you may purchase prepaid cards worth $50 or $100. With the purchase of the cards, 6% of the total amount purchased goes to your student's fair share. If you buy $100 per week for 52 weeks, you'll earn $312 toward your fair share for the year.

We also have a Harris Teeter "Together in Education" account number 5114. If you shop at Harris Teeter, this is a simple way of directing 2% of your Harris Teeter Private Label purchases to the Sanderson Band Program. Note: This money is not credited to your individual fair share.

There are two ways to Link Sanderson Band to your VIC card:

• Link Sanderson to your VIC card online. All you need is your VIC card and Sanderson's Account number, 5114.
• - or -
• Shop at Harris Teeter.
• Buy the Private Label brand (store brands).
• When you check out, there is a One Time Process to Link Sanderson Band to your VIC Card.
• Register this number 5114 so it is linked to your Harris Teeter VIC card at the checkout register.
• 2% of the Private Label purchases will be contributed by Harris Teeter to the Sanderson's account.
