Citipass® Books

 

A great opportunity for you to raise fair share money!!

Sanderson Band is offering the sale of the 2010-2011 Greater Raleigh Citipass Coupon Book to raise funds towards fair share. The books sell for $25.00 each and the seller will make up to $12.50 per book sold -- 100% of the profit earned goes towards the selling students’ fair share contribution!  Sell as many as you can!

The fund-raising campaign will kick off at Band Camp, July 27, 2010 and continue through September 1, 2010.

The books sell for $25.00 and are loaded with great coupons.  It will actually put $25.00 right back into your pocket!  Here are some examples:

Please note that you are responsible for returning either $25 per book or the book in new condition. (You will need to pay for books that are not in condition to be resold.)  Either the money or unsold books must be returned by the ending date. Any out-of-state orders must be turned in at this time as well.

Please put checks in an envelope marked Citipass Books with the student’s name and amount.  Checks must be payable to Sanderson Band Boosters.  Also, please include the student’s name to the memo line of the check.  We have different fundraisers going on and there are almost 100 students. Please help us to serve you better by following the above rule. It is extremely difficult to keep track of loose checks and cash.  If you receive cash from customers, we ask that you keep the cash and write a check to Sanderson Band Boosters instead.

Be aware that all books not returned will be charged to your Fair Share account!

 

Checks and/or books will be collected from Students and Parents (at “the Rock”) during the scheduled times noted below (times are staggered to accommodate volunteers’ and parents’ schedules):

Additional books as well as checks may also be delivered to or picked-up by special arrangement by contacting one of the coordinators. We ask that each student sell at least one book (the more sold the more we earn as a group!). Additional books are available- just contact one of the Citipass coordinators below.
