Sanderson Band Trip
Philadelphia
March 27-30, 2010

The trip has been revised as of Nov. 21 to eliminate the Boston leg and remain in Philadelphia for the full time.

Tentative Itinerary

Saturday, March 27th

8 am - Depart for Philadelphia
4 pm - Check into hotel
6:30 pm - Dinner at Spaghetti Warehouse
8 pm - Admission to Philadelphia Symphony concert
10:30 pm - To hotel

Sunday, March 28th

7 am - Breakfast at the hotel
8:30 am - Depart for Historic Philadelphia
9 am - Guided tour of Historic Philadelphia
Lunch on your own
2 pm - Tour of National Constitution Center
4 pm - Dinner at Hard Rock Cafe
6:30 pm - Admission to The Lion King
10 pm - To hotel

Monday, March 29th

7 am - Breakfast at the hotel
10 am - Clinic with member of the Philadelphia Symphony
Lunch on your own
2 pm - Visit Philadelphia Museum of Art (or one of the museums listed below)
4 pm - Free time for shopping or exploring Philadelphia on your own (or one of the museums listed below)
6 pm - Dinner TBA
8 pm - Admission to Condensed American Revolution show (a humorous look at the American Revolution - recommended for students)
10 pm - To hotel

Tuesday, March 30th

7 am - Breakfast at the hotel
8 am - Depart for home

Optional substitute for Art Museum: Visit Fels Planetarium and/or Franklin Institute Science Museum (with IMAX 180 degree sight & sound show)
Optional substitute for The Lion King - Dinner cruise with DJ aboard Spirit Cruises
